The lyrics are as follows:
I called you all for nothing
I am not trying to make you feel weak
I just couldn’t control my feelings
I felt calm, and then suddenly felt overwhelmed
I called you for nothing.
Thinking that hearing your voice might make me feel better.
괜히 means ‘all for nothing’

= Are you still seeing Ji-hye?
= I haven’t seen her for a while. She seems busy these days.
= It looks like there’s something going on between Min-jun and her.
= Oh yeah? I guess that may be the reason why she was always busy.
A: 그럴수도. = That could be. I saw them several times at a cafe, acting all lovey-dovey.
= Ugh… I worked so hard to get her. All that was for nothing.
