‘파랗다’ means ‘blue’ in Korean.
The word ‘새파랗다’ has different meanings:
1. 매우 파랗다.
Very blue.
ex) 저기 바닷가 좀 봐! 정말 새파랗다.
Look at that ocean! It’s so blue.
2. 춥거나 겁에 질려 얼굴이나 입술 따위가 매우 푸르께하다.
춥다 means cold
거나 means or
겁에 질려 means terrified or frightened
얼굴 means face
입술 means lips
매우 means very
푸르께 means blueish
Someone’s face or lips turns excessively blue from being too cold or terrified.

Very young
Ex) 새파랗게 젊은 사람이 왜 이렇게 벌써부터 아픈 곳이 많아?
Why does someone as young as blue like you have so many sore spots?
4. 날 따위가 매우 날카롭다
‘날’ typically refers to a ‘day,’ or ‘weather,’ but it refers to a ‘blade’ in this context.
‘따위가’ means ‘like,’ or ‘for example’
‘매우’ means ‘very’
‘날카롭다’ means ‘sharp’
Something has an extremely sharp point or edge, like a blade.
