One is classified as a 다이아수저 (Diamond spoon) if their household has assets of KRW 3 billion or more or an annual income of KRW 300 million or more, as illustrated in the image above. They are among the top 0.1% of the population.
One is classified as a 금수저 (Gold spoon) if their household has assets of KRW 2 billion or more or an annual income of KRW 200 million or more. They are among the top 1% of the population.
